Miss Sassy's 9 Month Update

Kamryn Avery you are 9 months old today!

Our little Punky is getting SO big!

Here are your stats, wild child:

• Weight - 18 Pounds and Height - 27 inches
• You wear size 3 diapers and are just now growing our of your 6 month clothing.
• You still only have your 2 teethers.
• You LOVE to eat big girl food: puffs, mandarin oranges, cheerios, Gigi's homemade appelsauce and even some tater tots and a little taste of whatever Mommy, Daddy or Grandmas are eating!
• You are still eating 3 meals of baby food and 4 bottles a day, although we are trying to start cutting down to 3 bottles very soon. You are not too sure about that!
• You are such a great sleeper! You cuddle and love on your "silky" and fall asleep on your own in your crib. You no longer want to be rocked! :(
• You still roll every where and are pulling up on everything! You still have not decided to crawl, although you are so close! You are now trying to stand up on your own, so perhaps you will just decide to get up and walk! Watch out!
• You LOVE to be outside! We go for a lot of walks and watch Daddy work in the yard.
• Your Daddy took you to the high school track meet the other night, while Mommy had a girls night out and you had a fabulous time! Although Daddy did forget to buckle you into the stroller and you proceded to fall through the bottom! :) Good thing one of the girls caught you! (Sorry Paul, this is one memory I want to remember!)
• We just got a new swing for the backyard, so I think you will really enjoy that!
• At daycare, you have learned how to pull your self up in the middle of the room: you just roll over to one of your big kid friends and pull yourself up on them by pulling their shirt, hair or whatever they may have that could help put you upright! :)
• You are incredibly active and love anyone who will play with you!
• You talk, talk, talk and talk! Your Daddy says that you get that from me...
• You still have crazy hair.
• You still love bath time, and are way too big for your little bathtub, but Mama's afraid of putting you in the big girl bathtub...
• You SMILE all of the time. A complete change from the little lady you used to be - everyone had to work for their smiles, now you give them away for free - to ALL!
• Daddy and I can still not believe how quickly time has gone! You are developing such a lovely personality, Kamryn! You are funny, loving, and tough all in the same little girl! We can already tell that you have the biggest heart, with a sassy attitude! :) We are so proud of you and can't wait to watch you grow this summer! We LOVE you, Punky!
